First deputy Minister
Was born on December 29, 1975 in Minsk. He graduated from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics with radio engineering degree in 1997; Academy of Public Administration under the Aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus in 2005.
From 1997 till 2006 he worked at Research and Development Center «HORIZONT» on different positions: from an engineer to deputy director of science.
2006 – 2013 – deputy general director of JSC «Managing company of «HORIZONT» holding».
From 2013 till 2017 – general director of JSC «Vityas».
From March, 2017 – deputy Minister of Industry of the Republic of Belarus.
In accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated from December 26, 2019 Sergey Gynko was assigned as first deputy Minister of industry of the Republic of Belarus.
