Born on November 13th, 1977 in the Russian Federation, Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, Knyazhpogsky District, Vozhael town.
In 1996, graduated from the Minsk Power Engineering College with a degree in «Automation of Heat and Power Processes at Power Plants», in 2000 – the Belarusian State Polytechnic Academy with a degree in «Automation and Control of Energy Processes», and in 2012 – the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in «Anti-Crisis Enterprise Management».
From 2002 to 2017, worked at OJSC «Minsk Electrotechnical Plant named after V.I.Kozlov», as design engineer, environmental engineer, head of the environmental protection bureau, deputy chief technologist, head of the long-term development department.
Since June 2017, has been Director of «Lida Electrical Products Plant OJSC».
Since February 4th, 2020 – Deputy Minister of Industry of the Republic of Belarus.
