Born on August 22, 1957 in Minsk.

Graduated from Belarusian State Institute of National Economy
named after V.V. Kuybyshev, Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus.
He worked his career from a worker to the commercial director of the Minsk Tractor Plant.

In 2007, he was appointed to the position of Director General of the Belarusian Automobile Plant.

In accordance with Presidential Decree No. 200 of June 4, 2020, he was appointed Minister of Industry of the Republic of Belarus.
