Born on September 2th, 1975 in Zhodino.

Graduated from vocational college №149 with a degree in «Machine operator of a wide profile of the 4th category, the operator of programmed machine tools of the 3rd category» (Zhodino); Belarusian State Polytechnic Academy, specializing in «Metal science, equipment and technology for heat treatment of metals» (Minsk), where he underwent retraining in the specialty «Economics and production management»; The Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in «State Administration of the National Economy», «State Administration and Law».

Began his career at the Belarusian Automobile Plant in 1993 as an operator of programmed machine tools. After graduating from the Belarusian State Polytechnical Academy, worked as: engineer-technologist of the service of the chief technologist, a senior foreman, and a deputy head of the thermogalvanic workshop.

In 2006, was appointed head of the hydraulic transmission workshop. From 2010 to 2012 – Deputy General Director for Quality, JSC «Belarusian Automobile Plant».

From 2012 to 2015 – Chairman of the Standing Committee of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on Industry, Fuel and Energy Complex, Transport and Communications.

From 2015 to 2018 – Deputy Chairman of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee (oversaw the development of industry, the fuel and energy complex of the region and its effectiveness, quality and competitiveness of industrial products, scientific, technical and innovative activities, intellectual property, standardization).

In February 2018, was elected chairman of the Mogilev Regional Council of Deputies.

Since February 4th, 2020 – Deputy Minister of Industry of the Republic of Belarus.
