Was born on December 17, 1976 in Popovka of the Horolsky region, Primorye Territory of the RSFSR.
He graduated from the State Belorussian Economic University (economist, Master of the economic science); also he graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus (specialist in the sphere of foreign affairs).
He worked as the deputy director on the foreign economic activity of the small-scale enterprise “Duble B”, as the chief of the foreign economic activity Department of “UTV” firm; as the economist of the planned-economic department of the joint venture “Frebor” in the Borisov city. After the graduate course of the State Belorussian Economic University he worked as a counselor of the Chairman of the Mogilevsky Regional Executive Committee.
Since 2006 he has worked as the deputy general director on economy and finance of JSC “Belshina”.
He was elected as a member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus of the forth convocation from the part of the Mogilevsky region.
From November, 2011 to January, 2017 – Deputy Minister of Industry of the Republic of Belarus.
From January, 2017 to August, 2018 – Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Belarus.
In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 337 dated from August 18, 2018 was assigned as Minister of Industry of the Republic of Belarus.
